How long will my delivery take?
The average delivery time to Darwin and Northern Territory clients is 5-7 days, however some regional and remote areas can take longer.
Do you make special freight arrangements?
We value our regular
customers. Special freight arrangements can be designed to ensure you
save money and receive fast, accurate deliveries every time. We are

What about oversized, bulky & hazardous items?
Oversized, bulky, hazardous or
dangerous goods may incur addition freight charges. If there are any
additional charges, you will be contacted for approval before dispatch.
If you do not approve of the additional delivery charge and do not want
to go ahead, just cancel your order. We understand some goods in
Australia are uneconomical to freight, especially to remote areas.
Will you deliver to my post office box?
Couriers cannot deliver to post office boxes. Australia Post
can be designated but a proof of delivery is not available and lost,
stolen or damaged goods would be the responsibility of the customer. For
this reason we recommend couriers. Please also note that oversized and
hazardous goods cannot be sent via Australia Post.
Do I have to sign for my delivery?

Couriers require a signature on
delivery. Goods will not be left outside a premises without a signature
for security reasons. Please ensure your delivery address is attended
during business hours, however alternative arrangements can be made on request.
What if I only have a small order and I don't want to pay that much for delivery?
Talk
to us. Wherever possible we will even send small orders freight free.
And many small orders will fit into an
overnight 1Kg (38x27cm), 3Kg (40x31cm) and 5Kg (50x43cm) bag. These can
be sent to the Northern Territory from only $27! We do need
an address where someone can sign for the goods. If no-one is there to
sign, a re-delivery fee may apply. For overnight delivery, orders should
be placed before 11am weekdays.
