Just writing to let you know, that my polisher arrived the day you called me.It is very well made. Better than I expected. Its actually Swiss, and it all works really well. I have been scrubbing my wood veranda's and then I'm going to polish them. I have over 200 m² of wood floors to do in this house, and its a great help.

Also can I say that as you know we recently purchased a "Vacman 1500S Carpet Extraction Machine" with a 1500psi pump restricted to 500psi and the necessary accessories. This has proven to be a worthwhile investment as it has helped us grow our business, as well has having the confidence in gaining customer satisfaction. The machine has exceeded all our expectations whilst servicing our clients. The whole structure of the machine is strong and its performance is outstanding. I would like to pass on my highest compliments to your representative Craig Wolsey.
Craig has recently been involved with our Housekeeping Supervisor, (name witheld), in trialling and evaluating the use of (Aquasmart) as a replacement for 5 liquids we previously used (in the laundry). Also in organising a trial of Bobby Dazzler – replacing Lemon Grass 5 in 1. Both of these initiatives have resulted in the potential for significant savings to (resort's name witheld). Not the advice one would normally expect from a ‘sales rep’ maybe; however by giving us professional advice, Craig has taken significant steps to building a relationship of trust between Total Supply Solutions and (resort's name witheld).
I have sent a formal report to our Board detailing and acknowledging Craig’s efforts. As a result of a trial of a Karcher professional spray extraction cleaner last week, I have also recommended that (resort's name witheld) purchase this unit to assist our housekeeping staff maintain our upholstery and undertake spot cleaning around the resort.

Thanks for the prompt delivery of the carpet shampoo. It works very well in the kirby machine and at a much lower ratio.1/3 less is what I found works the best which shows even better value. When I tested the same ratio as what Kirby recommended for their product, well, it looked like it was snowing in the lounge room, but no harm done. Just shows what a great product it is. Will deal with you again when I need some more, but it will probably be a while.
Also, a special thanks to you for selling to me at the price prior to the increase. I noticed the product increased in $ value when I looked at you website before you actually sent it to me. Even at the increase in price it's still miles better value than the Kirby shampoo.

When the Blamire family bought the cleaning industry distributor, Hallam Shaws, about a decade ago, that distributor was certainly no giant of the industry. But it didn’t take long for an incredible turn around to happen. Taking the bull by the horns, the family changed the name, moved into new, spacious premises and set up, as a first, a true cleaning industry supermarket. I have worked in this industry for nearly 20 years, including 14 years in International Sales for Windsor Industries.
