The 'Total Performance Rating' is based on a points system incorporating the following 6 criteria…

4. Serviceability
• ease of servicing
• access to repair agents
• cost of parts
• availability of parts
• speed of parts delivery
• mean time between failures

5. Duty Rating
• suitability for commercial & industrial applications
• average length of time per use applicable

6. Ongoing Support & Warranties
• training and installation services available
• integrity & inclusions of warranty
• length of warranty
