APPLICATIONS & DIRECTIONS FOR USE
ALWAYS DILUTE BEFORE USE - DO NOT MIX WITH OTHER CHEMICALS
For Professional Hard Surface and Stone Cleaning
1. Carry out a TEST patch on one complete tile in a small inconspicuous area using the following technique to ensure you and your clients objectives and expectations are achieved. Once the test patch is complete, inspect the tile closely for any imperfections from the manufacturer, transport or the tiling process before quoting or starting the job.
2. REMOVE all dry dust, grit, sand, dirt etc from the surface via a powerful dry vac. Remove ANY other foreign material that may cause scratching in the agitation process like blobs of grout, grout haze, paint, plaster etc.
3. DILUTE Bonza with water to the suitable dilution rate for the application.
• HEAVY SOILING 1 Part Bonza to 2 Parts Water
• NORMAL SOILING 1 Part Bonza to 5 Parts Water
• MAINTENANCE WASHING 1 Part Bonza to 40 Parts Water
4. APPLY the diluted Bonza liberally to the surface via a mop, brush, doodle bug, bucket or watering can.
5. AGITATE Bonza immediately into the surface. There are many forms of agitation that can be used including floor scrubbers, doodle bugs, deck scrub brushes and high pressure water blasters. Choose the method of agitation that is suitable for the surface to be cleaned and soilage type.
6. Let the Bonza solution DWELL on the surface for 5-10 minutes then AGITATE again applying more diluted Bonza or water if required.
7. REMOVE the slurry with a powerful wet vac.
8. RINSE the surface thoroughly and remove the liquid with a powerful wet vac. Repeat steps 1- 8 if required.
Floor & Tile Cleaning/Degreasing (Mop & Bucket or Machine Scrub)
General Maintenance: 1:80 (10ml:1Lt)
*For Tiles, Bathrooms, Floors, Walls, Seating & Mirrors / Windows
Spray On Wipe Off
Mix 1 part Bonza to 10 parts water (50ml:500ml bottle)
Autoscrubber/Pressure Washer
Normal Soil: 1:150 (1/3 cup per bucket of water)
Heavy Soil: 1:80 (1/2 cup per bucket of water)
Removing Oil Stains From Concrete
Dilute 1:1 (50:50) with water (1Lt:1Lt)
Apply Bonza directly to the oil or grease on the concrete or surface to be cleaned. Agitate with a stiff brush or scrubbing machine, then rinse off with fresh water or pressure cleaner. (Use with hot water for best results and repeat the process if necessary.)
IMPORTANT
1. Do not use this product before reading and understanding the material safety data sheet and Product Information Sheet.
2. Always wear personal protection equipment (refer to MSDS.)
3. Always pre-test in an inconspicuous area to ensure suitability before using this product.
4. Always keep the surface wet whilst using Bonza, do not let Bonza dry on the surface. If the surface appears to be drying apply more diluted Bonza or water liberally.
5. Always rinse the surface thoroughly after use.
6. Do not mix with any other chemicals
