Before re-sealing your floor you must…
1. completely strip and remove all existing sealer
2. remove all residue
3. neutralise floor
4. ensure floor is perfectly clean and dust free
5. be certain the floor is bone dry (even in the grout lines)

Preparing the floor for sealing is just as important as preparing a wall for painting, perhaps even more important—the more time taken to have a perfectly clean, dust free floor is worth the time and effort for the perfect result you will get. (more…)
